Cosmetics producers Avon Products Inc. and Sweden’s Oriflame plan to start making beauty products in Russia in 2004-05 and compete with local companies, according to newspaper Vedomost. Avon and Oriflame plan to invest $30 million each in production in Russia.Moscow regional authorities said they have allocated two separate pieces of land for the companies’ plants and distribution centers....
